   Silverline Security is locally owned and operated in Salt Lake City, Utah. Silverline was started officially
   in 2003 as a Limited Liability Corporation. Currently we are licensed in three states where we have local
   offices: Idaho, Utah, and Georgia. Over the last two years we have tripled in size, every year growing at
   an exponetional rate.

   The growth during the summer of 2005 alone was 300 customers. Silverline is one of the fastest growing
   local security companies in Salt Lake City, Utah. The main reason for this continued growth is the quality of
   employees that join the team contiually.

   We believe that a company is only as good as the people that run it, and we want you to know that we hire
   only the best! Each and every employee must personally meet with the company owner, manager, and office
   manager to qualify them to be apart of our team. This is how we build our foundation.

  Silverline has two types of customers.
   1. You are being billed by Monitronics, if this is the case, you are a Monitonics customer. Silverline was
       involved only for the initial install and 1st year warrenty.
   2. Silverline is billing you. If this is the case Silverline will be the company that you deal with for all your
       billing, servicing, and customer service.

   Silverline Security is an authorized dealer of Monitronics. What this means is that we have a special
   relationship with each other to share the task load of taking care of each others customers. Silverline's
   customers are monitored by Monitronics because they have the best performance in the industry for
   monitoring and dispatching for emergencys. Silverline Security helps Monitronics by performing installations,
   servicing, and marketing new customers for Monitonics. This parnership makes us an unstoppable team,
   and stronger competitor.

   Monitoring is critical for a security system to provide the maximum protection to you and your family. FBI
   statistics show that a home with a monitored security system is 3 times less likely to be burglarized, and that
   a business is 4.5 times less likely to be burglarized.

   reliable monitoring. Monitronics International, Inc. has been in business since 1988 and provides monitoring
   services to over 450,000 users with a staff of over 400 employees. Their Central Station is Underwriters
   Laboratories listed and meets or exceeds all U.L. and National Fire Protection Association standards.

   Monitronics is licensed as necessary to provide alarm monitoring service in every state, and is a member of
   leading industry trade associations such as the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Burglar
   & Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA),and the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA).

   The company provides personalized two-way voice and digital monitoring and technical services to
   homeowners and small commercial businesses so they will receive the highest degree of peace-of-mind
